RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Any Shortages or faulty items must be notified to Pride and Passion Souvenirs within 7 working days of delivery by e-mail or in writing. Please return faulty items within 14 days, with your invoice for exchange or refund (including your postal costs). If an item is unsuitable, please return the item to us within 14 days for exchange or refund excluding postal costs. No replacements will be made or refunds given outside the 14 day period.
